2016 Koala Tree Planting - Order Now!

Pittsworth District Landcare Association is taking orders from landholders who wish to plant trees in March 2016 to expand habitat for local koala populations on rural properties, or connecting corridors in and around town.

The “Koalas in Our Backyards" Landcare project is delivering the fourth year of a major community tree planting effort with funding support from the Queensland Government’s Everyone’s Environment Grant.

Orders need to be placed by the end of November 2015. Site visits and advice is available if required for larger plantings. Landcare will supply the trees and guards, mulch, and fertiliser.
