Pittsworth Landcare is urging town and country residents to check their backyards for koalas this Saturday 27 August.
“The annual survey is a snapshot of where koalas are found across the district. It is conducted late winter each year when koalas are most active,” said Mrs Whitton, President of Pittsworth District Landcare Association.

Pittsworth District Landcare Association is taking orders from landholders who wish to plant trees in March 2016 to expand habitat for local koala populations on rural properties, or connecting corridors in and around town.
